These Terms of Service govern your use of the TekQor CRM platform (“the Platform”), operated by TekQor (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Acceptance

By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

3. The Platform

TekQor CRM is a software-as-a-service platform that enables service businesses to manage customers, appointments, staff, properties, and communications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free trial — new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. Access is restricted at trial end unless a subscription is activated.
• Paid subscriptions — subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance as agreed at sign-up. Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment — payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable fees on the agreed billing cycle.
• Direct Debit — where payment is made by Direct Debit, the Direct Debit Guarantee applies. You will receive advance notice of any change in amount or date.
• Price changes — we will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds — subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without our written consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our prior written agreement
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited marketing communications (spam)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Platform. We will not use Customer Data for any other purpose. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you input about third parties (customers, staff) complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content created by us, is our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Availability and support

We aim to provide the Platform with at least 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided by email at info@tekqor.com during UK business hours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
